Higher Learning College of Theology  is a Spirit-filled college established in September 2006. Dr. A.R. Oliver is the President of the college. 

The mission of this college is to equip men and women for effective and Godly leadership in the church and community. The vision of this College is to train men and women to be servants, who will spiritually vibrant, biblically strong, theologically balance, Spirit-empowered, ministry-equipped and culturally sensitive. 

The college seeks to prepare those whom God is calling into Christian servant hood as well as re-kindle and renew those who already serving the body of Christ.  H.L.C.T. shares a vision with the local church to rise up spiritual leaders to hear the voice of God, to communicate the Gospel with vitality, to lead with authority, to minister with love and compassion and to convey the resurrection of hope through Christ Jesus our Lord.

Higher Learning College of Theology may award degrees for Life-Earned Experience.  The specific requirements for Life-Earned Experience Degrees are outlined in our catalog.  HLCT does not sell degrees.  Qualified applicants must submit proof of verifiable time in ministry in order to receive the degree that he or she has applied.  All applicants must meet H.L.C.T. requirements with approval by the President and the Board of Directors.  Each individual application is assessed with consideration of various jobs and positions in which an applicant has worked within the church or ministerial realm.

Tuition:  $2,750.00 plus $40.00 application fee.  Graduation fee is separate.
Pre-requisite: Life-Earned Experience of 10-15 years in Full Time Ministry.
Graduation requirement:  25,000 word positional dissertation in personal chosen field of study.
